The last month or so I had some life issues, so I disappeared from this awesome community for a bit. First I tore up my abdominal muscles working too hard, and I was on the mend for them, the 2 weeks later, when I was just starting to feel ready to hit the weights again, I got a bogus traffic citation(swerved to avoid a possum, cop didn't see it so gave me a driving recklessly citation). That really stressed out my life for a while, so time was devoted more to sleep than exercise(I still haven't kicked my bad habit of using 1 of my 8 hours o sleep for exercise).

ANYWAY, I'm back, I happened to snag some nearly new cheap barbells, and I'm going to hit the next challenge running.
