jadynrayne finds her courage!

Hi fellow rebels,

. Finally got the courage to post😊

I've always been a very private person, sharing is a big step!

. I've battled with my weight my whole life. I struggle with anorexia and body dysmorphia! My life quest is to quit smoking, but I'm afraid I'll gain the weight back, so I joined nerd fitness! I know that with a little help and alot of intestinal fortitude, I can slay this demon!

. my goals..

. * strengthen and tone my body

. * get mobile

. *** make eating healthy a lifestyle

. I joined the rebellion July 6. The journey so far has been amazing! I get a little frustrated on finding my way around, but I'll get there!😊

. I've been eating paleo (amazing!)- keeping a food log.

. Strength training 3x weekly and power walking, hiking, dancing and the steps!

. meditation at least10 minutes a day. I also journal daily - keeping track of my quests and battle logs.

. I want to be healthy and happy! It's my time!!!

. In closing I would like to thank everyone who's help me get this far, and say I'm honored to be a part of the rebellion😊

I have also struggled with food. I'm still struggling with food. It's a process and it's hard, but slowly we'll all get there, we're here to help each other :D I'm on year 2 now of maintaining (relatively) healthy habits. Everyone trips every once in a while, but my best advice is fall in love with an activity. I'm slowly (it's hard!) starting to view food as fuel to help me achieve my physical strength as opposed to the enemy. It's a process, but with the support group you have here you'll make it, no worries there.
