Hi.

 

You can call me Fa773n (fallen). This is my first post on nerd fitness, and I just recently joined. But I am, to people around me, a long time nerd and casual gamer.

 

I am no stranger to starting a fitness routine and then dropping it. I usually follow my mother,s example, but lately I just haven't had the motivation to get up and do it. I'm hoping that having people holding me accountable will help out a little more than waiting for the motivation to come back and hit me.

 

I weight 230lbs as of today, and I hoping for now to drop 20lbs by the end of august, and run with out stopping more than three times in the wipe out run in September :nevreness:

Welcome!

 

Definitely get involved with the community here, it sure helps keep me on track when I come to the forums every day to log my workouts/nutrition and let me Rebel friends know how I'm faring! :)

Tell me, if you had the strength to take another step, could you do it?
