First set of chins

Short Version:

All my life I've been able to cheat or squeeze out a single chin up. Managed to do 3 today.

Long Version:

Went in for some fasted cardio after doing only weights for the last month or so to break a weight loss plateau. Was surprised to find myself weighing in at 189.5 (relatively empty digestive system?) Did my 30 min at a pretty intense setting, so no real loss of progress. Figured I'd epically fail at a chin-up since I do random stuff like that on cardio days.

Got the stool, grabbed the bar. First one happened (no real surprise), then I was able to do a second without killing myself, then a third then I started to fatigue and booked the victory!

Mon: DeadLift, Pulldown (Chin grip), DB Rows, Push-ups

Wed: Bench Press, Military Press, DB Press, Chins

Fri: Squat, Leg Press, Good Mornings, Chins, Push-ups
