Cheers to seeking optimal health

Hi everyone!

Newbie here. I have been trying to lose weight on and off for a long time. I tried lots of different things over the years and last year it clicked and I lost about 45 pounds doing low carb non strict paleo and daily workouts. I still have about 40 more pounds to go. I got complacent and managed to maintain but the last 2 months I restarted and I have not seen the scale budge. I know that it takes time but I hope this can keep me accountable.

Welcome to the rebellion. This is certainly a good place to find support for fitness. Good job on what you've done so far, especially on keeping it off. That's a major accomplishment right there. You joined just in time to get in on a six week challenge. We recommend the recruit section for first timers.

Yes yes, the 6WC are a great jumping point to test the waters and see what you're up for.  Don't be afraid of failure, healthy living is a LOT of trial and error, because everyone is so different!  Stick with your goals and trust in the process; you'll get there for sure. :)
