I've been doing my master's thesis and working my tail off, but I've been working hard on fitness as well. I can report my bench @ 300 lbs x 5, military press 220 lbs x 6, Squats 400 lbs x 5, curls (SP?) 90 lbs x 10, rows 200 lbs x 8, lat pulls 250 lbs x 6. walking lunges 3x across a basketball court, and what my workout partner calls the horse stance for martial arts, planks 60 sec, 45 sec, and 30 sec, (working on getting to 3x 60 sec) All sets done 4x I've also dropped 25 lbs in the last 2 months.
