About myselfI am Benedikt from Germany, so I guess I will use the metric system.I am 22 Years old and totaly out of shape. Lets talk some numbers:102kg @ 1.74m this is a BMI of 33.4 Why am I here?First of all I want to change my life and get my shit together. I lost my job after I did one really stupid thing.So as I am looking for a new Job, and have some freetime I just want to get it all together.I want to lose some weight, get stronger, and be a better man. If you say, that you are now a hobbit adventurer, what is your goal? For me, it was very important to get an idea of the final version of myself, if you know what I mean. At the last few weeks, I had some really, really nice and important talks via board messenger, they helped me to stay tuned and to stick on everything, even if there were some hard times.
