Competitive page turning, Hi-Powered glue gun target shooting, and variable speed stitch-work are my preferences. (Reading, random crafting and sewing). For the last 4 weeks however, Monday, Wednesday, Friday has been the Beginner Body Weight Workout, and Tuesday and Thursdays are interval biking on the stationary in the basement. I can't say I love it, but I do enjoy it more than I expected. There is definitely something satisfying about egging yourself on to get one more push up or squat, a few more seconds of plank done and getting the job done. I hope to continue for some time to come and recruit Fix-It Felix Jr to the cause as well. So, W00T! 2 Quote Link to comment
