Anyone use an Accumeasure 3000?

Just got one. I've been messing around with it all afternoon and its basically telling me my bodyfat is 15%, which can't be right. I'm 6' 3" 223lbs, I'm guessing its more like 20%+.

Does anyone have experience with this thing? Is it fairly accurate or is it one of those things where it can only be compared to itself?

which gives better results throught a 3 site or site 7 measurement process, which gives a better result if you hold fat in specific areas like I do.
