CaptainCat Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 In the typical fashion, I went to college and got a desk job and gained about 30 lbs overall since high school. I graduated at 210, went up to the 240 area. But today, for the 3rd day in a row, I weighed at 209 on my scale! Yeah buddy! My overall goal isn't weight, it's body composition, but it sure was awesome to see that . I'm definitely in much better shape at 209 this time too. Woot! It involves a lot of hair gel/hair spray, a blow dryer and I making their hair stand up at straight as possible. It looks ridiculous. Trust me.Anyways - grats on your weight loss! woot woot!
