High school weight!

Recommended Posts

In the typical fashion, I went to college and got a desk job and gained about 30 lbs overall since high school.

I graduated at 210, went up to the 240 area.

But today, for the 3rd day in a row, I weighed at 209 on my scale!

Yeah buddy!

My overall goal isn't weight, it's body composition, but it sure was awesome to see that :). I'm definitely in much better shape at 209 this time too.

Woot!

Congrats indeed. I'll be really old, or very sick before I see my high school weight again (180#). I did a lot of good growing after high school.

Just had to look up who Pauly D was, is that his catchphrase?

I originally jacked the expression from a ridiculously stupid rap song called "ice cream paint job"

The blow out is the hair style that they do on Jersey Shore. It involves a lot of hair gel/hair spray, a blow dryer and I making their hair stand up at straight as possible. It looks ridiculous. Trust me.

Anyways - grats on your weight loss! woot woot!
