Game Over: Insert Coin To Continue

So, I failed a challenge. 

 

No excuses here - I didn't prioritise well enough, and put fitness at the bottom of my list. That's led to a lot of stagnation in my life and very little exercise.

 

At least my in-game partner isn't dead, though, so I can respawn and try again! Here are things I will do:

 

1) Ease up on the challenges. I'm going to take a bit of time off challenges so I can focus on irl commitments (national exam coming up in November) but still maintain a certain level of fitness through Battle Log tracking.

 

2) Go for a run each week. I had to pull out of the 5K I signed up for, but if I want to do a 10K next year (which I do!), I'll need to begin now. 

 

3) Relook my diet choices. Mercifully, I've stayed soda-free this entire time, but I still need to watch the other sugar sources I consume. On top of that, there has been a dearth of vegetables in my diet recently, so welp. 

 

Respawn?
