I created my account and then stopped lolI'm 25 years old and I work security at a high rise building. 3pm -11pm. Makes for a hard schedule t fit things in some times. Anyways, I plan on joining the Air Force at the start of the year and aiming to get into Security Forces. I have a long ways to go to fet myself into top physical condition.As of now I weight 188lbs at 5"7. Not sure about the height lol I'm looking forward to decrease my fat and increase my muscle. I work some 3-11 shifts and find if I go straight to bed when I get home then wake up the next day and work out right away it helps. Just remember to eat clean and lift heavy.
