peschkaj Posted December 26, 2011 Report Share Posted December 26, 2011 I've been working on the Rebel Fitness Guide for 5 weeks and I'm loving it. I'm 6'4" and I was around 251 pounds when I started, but I've dropped down to about 242 through a combination of eating very healthy food, exercise, and portion control. I don't follow any strict diet plan, but I just use what I know about food to avoid things that are terrible for me. In February of 2011 I started a business with two friends and I recently decided that it was time for the outer me to be as awesome as the inner me. After working through the rebel fitness guide for a month I'm noticing results in the way I feel, the way I carry myself, and my outlook on life. My longer term goals are pretty vague right now - I don't know what I'm physically capable of and I'd like to learn more about that. Quote Link to comment
