wspanic Posted December 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 I was referred to this site by my friend Kappy. As I look forward to 40 I have a lot of weight to lose. I am currently at 270, 6 ft tall. I want to give myself a healthy BMI for my 40th birthday. I am planning on buying the workout guide and starting my fitness journey. I hope that you get what you want! Do you have a specific goal in mind? I'm finding that the more specific I am with my goals, the better I have been doing keeping myself motivated. Also, have you created a workout log? I love mine.
