I am not new at working out or exercising my butt off.Tiny bit of a background: I was always doing some kind of sport. Whether it was tennis or volleyball or soccer. I stopped with 16 (let's not get into that) and restarted 1.5 years ago, a month before I turned 22. Since then I did weight lifting, crossfit and long distance running.I love working out. I notice how much I need to move my bum everyday, just to balance life.I struggle with my eating patterns, though. Always had, until now. All extremes covered. That's enough information for the internet. I'll be working on that for now. p.S.: My plan for now is to keep up with my work out plan (3 times per week weight lifting, 2 times running for 30 minutes, 5 times meditation).
