Hello sunshines.

Hello sunshines. :)
So, I am new here. I am not new at working out or exercising my butt off.
Tiny bit of a background: I was always doing some kind of sport. Whether it was tennis or volleyball or soccer. I stopped with 16 (let's not get into that) and restarted 1.5 years ago, a month before I turned 22. Since then I did weight lifting, crossfit and long distance running.
I love working out. I notice how much I need to move my bum everyday, just to balance life.

I struggle with my eating patterns, though. Always had, until now. All extremes covered. That's enough information for the internet. :D I'll be working on that for now.

 

p.S.: My plan for now is to keep up with my work out plan (3 times per week weight lifting, 2 times running for 30 minutes, 5 times meditation). What I bring to the table? Positivity, support and a lot of virtual hugs. No, really. I mean it. Come here, give me a hug. Talk to me.
