Hey all, getting back into it!

Hello!

 

As a consequence of moving, I need to walk my dog 3x/day again. I got lazy, what with having a backyard and her being paper trained as well. My old apartment was huge, so I had space for the newspapers, and I took advantage of the fact that my dog is wussy about rain and snow. We both got really fat. The vet told me how much to feed her, but I didn't change anything for myself until moving.

 

So for the first two months, the weight just fell off, and I ate better with no cabinets to store junk food; just a mini fridge, a shelf, and a bin. 

 

I haven't seen a weight change for about two months now, though my belt still went down a notch due to the walking. Well, I kinda like liking how I look again, so I'm gonna stick with it!

 

My goal is to do 25-35 mins of workouts 2-4x/week and 5-15 on the other days, in addition to walking my dog. As always, I stretch every day. I want to improve my yoga game. I used to be able to do crow's pose! (Imagine, if you will, your hands as feet and your legs as wings) 

 

So yeah, hi! I'm looking forward to getting nerdy about fitness and nutrition!
