Hi everyone! I'm really excited to start being a part of the forums so I can get my life in better shape!

Short background: I'm a sophomore in college, currently dedicating a large portion of my time to marching band (baritone player!). I've always been overweight and in the middle of high school I decided I wanted to get healthier. In 2 years I lost about 35 lbs, but after a very rough freshman year at school I gained about half of it back. I'm in pretty good shape right now but I definitely want to keep improving

 

My goals include:

cut to a healthy % of body fat (I'm still slightly overweight)

learn how to start lifting, come up with a basic routine, and stick with it!

eat as healthy as possible on the budget of a college student 

Complete a triathlon, hopefully by the end of 2016

 

I'm really excited to be a part of this community and I'm looking forward to supporting you all and having you support me!
