Stand. Skate. Fall. Get Up.

Recommended Posts

I fell down.

I stood and I learned to skate and it was ace. I did really well, my PBs were so much higher than my starting stats and I was doing well keeping up my sessions.

Then I fell.

August happened and blurp. I haven't done anything outside of my roller derby training for the entire month. But this has highlighted a big problem with my workouts. They are faaaaaaaaaaar too long. I'm reassessing, doing some research and formulating a future plan.

And now...

I get up.

And get rolling.

I'm going to update my daily log tonight with my first workout in about 28 days.

Thanks to Emme Power for inspiring the title.
