Bullroarer Took Posted September 2, 2015 Report Share Posted September 2, 2015 So it was 5/3/1 week and on bench I hit 150# while weighing 150.3... but if I had ran out the door late I would have done something that normally drops my weight way more than that. I'm totally counting it. And since it was a rare occasion I actually had a spotter I put it up 4x. At 35 I have never benched my weight before. I know compared to the heavyweights that still seems small, but It was a milestone. Now to aim for 1.25x my weight... which hopefully will be back to 145 or even 135 by Thanksgiving. 1 Quote "For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm."
