Victory in sight!!!

Hey, guys!

 

I've been away from the forums for a while. A lot has happened in the last few weeks. My grandfather passed away, so I was in South America for the funeral and visiting family I hadn't seen in 11 years. It was sad and happy all together.

 

Anyway, for the last few weeks, I have not been exercising or being too careful about what I was eating. I wasn't in an awesome place. Was feeling lonely and sad and stressed out.

 

But I think I was being more careful than I thought. In spite of the struggle and the ups and downs, today, for the first time in 5 years or so, I weigh less than 200 lbs. When I joined the Rebellion in May, I weighed around 215 lbs. I'm not sure how much of an accomplishment losing 15 lbs is (I'm aiming to weigh closer to 150), but going under 200 is certainly a big deal to me.

 

Victory is in sight, guys! It can be done! It really gave me the boost I needed. The getting back on the horse thing starts now!
