DrJWilson Posted January 1, 2012 Report Share Posted January 1, 2012 Hey guys, I've encountered a peculiar problem.I lion dance, our busiest time of year is coming up. I usually work as a tail unless otherwise told. This involves me bent over parallel or past parallel for long periods of time... needless to say my legs and back hurt like hell the next day. Is this indicative of a weak back and legs and I just need to work them out more (deadlifts and whatnot) or am I just always going to be sore putting myself in a position like that?
