I've been intermittently lifting heavy things since sophomore year in college, so more than ten years.After some big work/life milestones, my consistency has gone down the tubes. So, while I'm generally happy with how I look, I feel like im at the same place I was a year ago, in appearance and performance. Current goals are to get my diet in order (no paleo for me, I like bread too much) and keep consistency in the gym. I'd like to get a 2x body weight deadlift this year. I'm currently about 60 pounds away from that and running Travis Ortmeyer's deadlift program to attempt to get there.Been poking around the site and so far, I like what I see. Quote Link to comment
