Rhino
Hey everyone! Just found this site today, and I'm ready to dive on in! I'm 26, 5'11", and at about 265 lbs. I'm here to shed some poundage! I've battled with weight all my life (mostly starting with my obsession with my Nintendo). I got down to about 175 as a senior in high school, but gained it all back in college. I usually will try to start a workout plan and I stick with it about a month, and I slowly fall off the bandwagon.I joined the Rebellion to change that, and I'm hoping you guys can help me stay motivated this time (and I'll return the favor!). alexgator
YOU CAN DO IT!!Welcome to the most supportive forum on the web. What kind of workouts do you like to do (strength, running, Zumba, etc)? Quote Link to comment
ebm1224
welcome to the community! i can relate to being gung ho for awhile and then falling off. i think the key is to just keep at it and eventually it will become habit. also helps to find exercise you enjoy. Quote Link to comment
Rhino
Thanks gator! I really enjoy the strength training aspect of things. I've got some adjustable free weights and I have a bike on a stationary trainer that I like to use for cardio. It looks like both of these will fit right in with the workout plan (just did my first rookie workout last night!). Quote Link to comment
