(Apologies if I'm not doing this right, I know every forum has its quarks) Anywho, after being 330lbs, dropping to 275, then up to 342 I am now down 45lbs weighing 297. I began training again for and will be doing my first powerlifting meet in 2 years on 10/11 at the 2015 Europa in Phoenix, AZ. I just wanted to share the progress I made from my 8 week training cycle.
