I've been creeping the website for about a year, just reading but never posting anything, until I met another member at the gym I go to recently. He was such a cool guy that I decided to speak up and share some progress I've made, because sharing helps with accountability, right?

This is me (in the middle) a year ago at 240 pounds. Inactive, horrible eating habits, the whole deal. I sat and played video games all day.

I'm now down to 200 pounds, have built better eating habits, have improved my endurance and strength considerably.

Anyway, I wanted to say thanks to Nerd Fitness and all of you guys for providing a source of motivation. I'm not at my goal yet, but I'm well on my way.
