I will try to keep myself to the point in this introduction, so as not to bore all of you with eh semantics of my life. I'm 23 years old and a graduate student at Texas Tech University. I'm finally joining up after lurking for almost a year, and seeing all of the impressive discussion and work that everyone is doing. I'm learning as I go here, and i want to be as successful as I can be with all of your help. My overall goal is to improve my health and be in good enough shape to look good for my wonderful girlfriend, and be fully capable in self defense and well versed in MMA. I want to be a well rounded, honest, strong man to be relied on, and nerdfitness is my first step! Thanks guys, and i will be around in all the forums!
