New Ranger here.  Stay at home mom of two autistic kids.  World of Warcraft addict.  Before I had my kids, I had been working at a woman's only fitness club for three years, did some personal training even, T ought some yoga.  Got pregnant twice in two years, my kids are almost exactly a year apart.  I gained 75 pounds.  Been battling for 8 years now, to get back, and just haven't been able to do it, but now I'm determined, and have a bit of time. I'm going to get back in fighting form, one way or another. Desperately needing support and encouragement.

I am also new here, but I got your back!  

Starting out is super hard and staying consistent.. man its soo easy to just put it off today, then tomorrow, then tomorrow and we are back where we started from.
I will post updates everyday and If you would like I am more than happy to poke/nudge/ you to update everyday as well and stay consistent with me. =)
