Hey everyone

 

My name is Ben, I live in Belgium, am 28 years old and currently at a weight of about 89kg for 1m83. I'd like to lose about 10kg. In my last 2 years of college I went to a gym, but I stopped going after graduation because the student-rate stopped and the drive was a bit long imo (about 30min). I have been doing some running on and off. And occasionally some bodyweight workouts. In elementary school I was a skinny kid. Through high school I slowly started to gain weight and before I knew it I was overweight.

 

About the diet: I won't be going full paleo, especially since I still live at my parents house. And I love my fries and beer. :redface-new:

 

Not sure what else I need to write in this post. Being shy and bad with words probably doesn't help :nevreness: . If there's more you want to know, just ask.
