Hi all, 

 

I'm a new member just getting started this week. I'm a 40 year old woman and overall my diet and habits are pretty healthy (I run ~20 miles a week and 3-4 half marathons a year; I walk 3-5 miles most days; I eat very few processed foods, lots of lean meat and fish and vegetables, lots of water every day, no soda, very few sweets). But despite that, over the past year I've grown really really flabby, my weight is fluctuating but the trend is upward, and the missing piece I think is getting serious about resistance training. So off I go! Glad to read about all your success stories.
