Hi All!

I am a newbie to fitness in general. Am a 46 year old mom of two, one wi special needs and one who is so energetic, I think she stole my energy! I actually began paleo a couple of years ago and then began lifting four months ago or so. I went through the Strong Curves book and finished pretty much the first 12 weeks. However, I noticed that While I made some gains and increases in strength, I am at my lowest weight. So while I am stronger and am having more definition, I am skinny. I also started having some panic attacks lately (darn menopause!) , so between being 5'5" and 103 pounds and the anxiety, I put a stop to lifting. I am hoping that once I get through this bad spell, I will be up and running and maybe do strong lifts or SS.

My biggest problem is being able to eat enough. I spent a couple of days tracking calories, and I just can't seem to get beyond 1500 calories. If I want to get stronger, I need to eat more.....can't seem to do it.

Anyway, I am glad to "meet" you all!
