Hello Everyone!

I'm Matt. I finally decided to join the boards after reading Steve's posts for the past few months. I must say, this seems like a great community and I am glad to finally be apart of it. I'm 22 years old and I am a full time student (I will be graduating in June!) and I work 20 hours per week. I am at a crazy time in my life where I have been filling out grad school applications and dealing with the normal stresses of friends/family/school/work. I'm a relatively thin individual (5'11 - 145) and I am trying to bulk/tone up within the next few years. I have been on and off workout routines for the past few months (something always seems to derail me) and I believe you guys can hold me accountable. I gave up pop cold turkey last year (about 5-6 a day) and after the first few weeks it has been a good change. I'm studying to go into the healthcare field and I know the importance of improving lifestyles for everyone so that we can hopefully decrease the out of control health care costs by a little bit. Anyways, I look forward to meeting each of you and I hope I can help you on your journeys. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask.
