Hoisted 10, 000lbs tonight!

Well, not all at once... but my 5x5 of squat (150lbs), bench (125lb) and bb row (125lb) totals up to 10, 000lbs moved in about 1 hour.

That makes me smile.

That is all.

(Technically it was more than that but I didn't bother to include the warmups.)
