tatpunk
So I am super excited that I am 6 lbs down and starting week 2 of the Paleo diet and week 2 of the challenge. I actually have some energy back. Usually around 1 I get exhausted and take a nap when my son takes a nap. Not today I have prepped supper, done laundry and now i'm relaxing kicking back on the forums. Woot Woot! Quote Link to comment

Rhino
Nice work! I'm about where you are in the program. Going to see how y first week went tomorrow morning. Regardless of the weight change, I have dialed way back on the insulin I'm taking and I've seen much better blood sugar numbers. Quote Link to comment

tatpunk
Thanks guys! And I feel so much better. My joints feel better and I have only been taking my arthritis medicine once a day instead of twice a day. Which is awesome. More energy, weight loss, overall feeling of awesome! Naturally
Congrats, I've done 6lbs in my first 10 days of transfering over to paleo (mainly paleo but using up food and a birthday off with carbs). I have more energy, less to no energy slumps, don't feel the need for caffiene (so far). I had Monday completely off (my birthday) and has pizza, white bread and potato cakes but was fuller MUCH quicker, and couldn't finish - a real first for me, and that was completely unexpected! tatpunk
Thanks everyone. It makes me truly giddy that I only have to look at those pills once a day. I even forgot to take them the other night and I didn't have any pain. However, I did have to take them the next day, but still only once! Quote Link to comment
