SolelessJack
My goal: Become a CH-47 Chinook Pilot. My path: Join the Army ROTC branch at my school (Go Vikings!)My issue: I'm 40 pounds over my ideal weight.*Cue screeching tires*Now that I've lived through my first year of college, I know how to balance my social life and my academic life. Progress isn't about just holding on to an average workload, though, it requires pushing yourself to new heights! The Fitness Center here on Campus opens at zero-five, and I'm gonna acclimate my body to PT every stinkin' day of the week! Is it gonna be easy? No!Is it gonna be worth the look on my ex's face next time I run into her on campus? Heck yeah!Is it gonna be worth every last second I could be in bed, binge watching netflix while eating Capn' Crunch? You bet it will! I'm following the Rewired 9-Week plan on Bodybuilding for two main reasons:1) It tells you exactly what you need to do today, and doesn't worry you about tomorrow.2) That timeline has me being able to perform by the time I get back from Christmas Break. My Goals for the End of the Year1) Lose 20 pounds2) Be able to pass the Army PFT3) Establish habits of waking up early, staying awake all day (no naps), and going to bed on time Wish me luck!
