Taking the ring to Mordor

Super-duper nerdy fitness achievement. In the last year (to the day), I have walked the same distance as Tolkien's Frodo did from the Shire to Mordor (to within a tenth of a mile).*

For the less LotR nerdy, that's 2863km (1779 miles), which is 3 times the distance from Sydney to Brisbane, or from New York to Texas for the Americans. Hooray for fitbit data tracking.
