Was a member a long time ago, but I've forgotten my login credentials so had to create a new account. I just started with the Academy and thought I should make use of the resources here in the forum as well. I would very much like to lose body fat (I'm at 30%) and in general eat better (I'm definitely a sugar addict). Also, my fitness level is okay but I'd like to gain strength and muscle mass particularly in my upper body. In all, I'm not in a bad place, but I can definitely be better and need help to "Level Up" Looking forward to talking to you all! For me, sugar in the form of breads (not sweets) gets me. But it all turns to sugar in your body. Good luck with continuing your changes. You'll do great!
