New member here. Well, sorta. Was a member a long time ago, but I've forgotten my login credentials so had to create a new account.

 

I just started with the Academy and thought I should make use of the resources here in the forum as well.   I would very much like to lose body fat (I'm at 30%) and in general eat better (I'm definitely a sugar addict). Also, my fitness level is okay but I'd like to gain strength and muscle mass particularly in my upper body. In all, I'm not in a bad place, but I can definitely be better and need help to "Level Up"
