Greetings.

 

I am an IT person and started working out seriously about two years ago. Although I am just now fixing my nutrition, I was a bit slow on the most important thing. I like to lift heavy and also run for a bit of endurance. I am hoping to add some yoga and speed to my reflexes.

 

Anyway, new nerd on board and I hope I can contribute to the community.
