JMorton87 Posted November 5, 2015 Report Share Posted November 5, 2015 So, I haven't really worked out in a couple weeks. Had kind of an anxiety issue and it's been really hard get motivated. Aside from the doughnut and plate of spaghetti I had at work, (and getting blackout drunk on Halloween) I've been keeping up with positive eating habits. But I feel like I'm ready to get back in the saddle! JMorton87 Posted January 5, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 5, 2016 Well... yeah, more like 8 weeks later. Patched things up socially, and easing back into the game. Rebuilding that dicipline to do what I have to do, treating workout days like workdays. I also started doing yoga, which was a lot harder (and more fun) than I would have anticipated.
