I as well work in IT, had pot ruin my life for several years and have since given it up, put on a lot of weight post high school and love beer(and actually brew a little of my own).We don't have good cider here compared to what you would get in the UK or Australia(I'm assuming Aus has good cider because the UK does) so I have switched to Crown on the rocks as my primary drink of choice on the one night that I have a couple, ahh Saturday you will always be my release. I will say that I definitely recommend getting your workout done in the morning, then when you get home from work and your tired you can just go to bed. Keep up the good work though.
