jcmgm
A year passed and I didn't complete any of my quests. I lost my path.I got an unlucky fall playing football and wasted my shoulder. I'm finishing recovery with a therapist now, healing the tendinitis on the rotator cuff. I've started another challenge and I'm taking extra care of my shoulder.Any tips to recover from an injury? Toshimi
Take it slow, no matter how much you want to push yourself. As someone who has had several knee injuries, it's super easy to think that you can get back to where you were fairly quickly. Healing can take months, and take the time needed to build the muscles and flexibility back up. It can decrease the chances of reinjury! 1 Quote Try not, do or do not- Yoda Link to comment
