Infamous
Hello all! A little background on me. I've been overweight 2/3s of my life (31 years). I've had gym memberships (that I actually used), I've tried diets (low carb, slim fast etc), but none really provided any kind of results. Im a nerd that is now expecting a daughter in February (our first)! While it is a huge motivation to improve my fitness level for her, and my wonderful wife, I am doing this for me. I am motivated, and have been working fairly hard since September , most days working out at least an hour a day. I'm quite certain I have sleep apnea as well, but have avoided the machine so far. I've been meticulously tracking everything I can since 10/1. Started CurrentlyWeight 284.6 268Fat % 41.0 37Skel Mus 27.5 29.3BMI 38.5 36.5Also, tracked are Vitamins, workouts, Cardio Calories burned, pushups, Inverted Table Rows, Pull up Negatives, and any other exercise. And all foods with their nutritional content. The scale is an Omron (understanding that the accuracy is questionable, but seems to match the websites)..I've done endless cardio (1000 cal in 45 min typical with each workout)Muscle focused workouts included Up to 50-60 pushups Up to 35 Inverted Body Rows 6-7 Pull up negatives Up to 41 situps (in one minute) (65 with a 15lb weight on my chest untimed) and since christmas Various weights with barbels.I have 2 goals and a date for those.20.5% body fat andTo able to do pull ups.I started the beginner workout today and it highlights how out of shape I still am. Im hoping this will allow me to level up!Aside from my super supportive wife, you're my support team now. I thank you for it, and I hope you can help me get where I'm going.
