It's pretty simple.At the beginning of the 6 weeks, everyone decides on what they would like to achieve in those 6 weeks. Whether it's weight loss or muscle gain, or life goals... you put them down. Then you update your status along the way in how you've been doing. For more details, click the Blog section up at the top and you can browse through all of the blogs and challenges.
