Breaking the plateau

So it looks like I'm finally starting to break through my weight loss plateau.

 

I had a weigh-in today with my trainer (we do body fat % and weight once a month) and I am down 4lbs from my last weigh in! Finally. I've been stuck around the same number since May! Let's hope the scale keeps moving.

Nope. Not just you. Even with that news, I'm struggling still. I was reading an article that we hit several plateaus on our weight loss journey so I don't think it's that uncommon. Just a matter of finding where you can make a change in either diet or exercise to get things moving again. Good luck to you!
