Herotime Posted December 2, 2015 Report Share Posted December 2, 2015 Hey there everyone! I'm 25 years old from Newfoundland, Canada! I'm 5'9 and right around 300 lbs currently. I found NF kind of on whim, but am I'm glad I did! This place seems right up my ally. I've worked out a bit in the past, I've lost 100 lbs at one point! Unfortunally I put a good amount of it back on and I'm hoping to find this place a good resource to getting back on track! I work a pretty physical job (10 hours a night heavy lifting and lots of cardio) but as good of an exercise at that is it's not a real workout. If anyone has some advice on building a workout/lifting routine around a physically demanding job, some insight would be great! Quote Link to comment
