I did a cave challenge years ago and accidently set the miles so bit took me a couple years to finish instead of the 6 months I was thinking still worth it.Congrats!!! I wrote up a dozen workouts and assigned mileage to them, in addition to counting any actual mileage walked/ran. Workout miles were calculated based on average speed while walking (for easy workouts) or running (for harden ones).
