I'm now having just lost 100 lbs, and I have 10 more to go before hitting my goal.... elphiegrl Posted December 7, 2015 Report Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hey! Congrats on the success you've been having at reaching your goal, 100lbs is nothing to be sneezed at! The way I've been keeping on track is to find healthy things that I actually like and want to continue eating. It sounds so simple, but it makes a easier on my willpower when I get tempted with a Mars bar or something to be like 'oh, I'd rather not, I'll have a banana instead' because I actually like bananas and, bonus, they are better for me.
