I fell from the battle field sometime mid-last year. Just lost focus. Got out of my exercise routines, let my diet go and ... well, most of you know. My weight got back up to 278. Second highest it's ever been. Anyhow, about a month ago I started to get my routine back. At this point I"m in full swing. It's just taken me this long to get back to Nerd Fitness. I'm going to start a battle log tomorrow and outline my whole program. However, the basics of it is to lift to swap out fat for muscle with the goal of getting to a strongman physique vs. the ripped underwear model look that seems so popular today. outsinging Posted December 12, 2015 Report Share Posted December 12, 2015 I like the idea of a battle log. I did something similar once and it worked for me. Funny how we can do things that work and somehow fall right off the path again. Perhaps I should battle "log again." Quote Link to comment
