Shen
Oh no, I just ate a gluten. After being diagnosed with a sensitivity and prescribed the GAPS diet, I was doing so great the past two weeks, and only accidentally ate gluten once on my first day before I was used to checking everything I eat. But today, I ordered dinner at work and it never arrived, and someone brought me some fruit and oreos. I caved! R.I.P Gluten free pizza with pineapples and banana peppers. R.I.P. Perfect Gluten Free Streak. From now on I'll make sure to bring snacks with me wherever I go so this doesn't happen again. Quote My Challenge is Here. Link to comment
HandSewnMama
It happens to all of us. A couple weeks after I was diagnosed with Celiac, I ate a fortune cookie, and didn't realize until my body took a nap. And it's been a year and a half, and I still screw up sometimes.Sent from my SCH-S968C using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
Shen
Yeah, I guess you are right. It was one little mixup and I still feel better overall. Quote My Challenge is Here. Link to comment
