New adventurer, trying not to die

Hey there, I'm new to this whole `health` thing. I'm a big sci fi and fantasy geek, with a love for DnD.

In the last four weeks I've stopped smoking and started weight training, and I'm loving the journey so far.

I've been reading up on nutrition and plan to incorporate more flexibility work and cardio into my routine fairly soon, so I'm gonna say I'm an adventurer for the time being.

Physically, pretty average other than poor health, so I'm gonna go human for race.

Current goals:

Touch my toes

Run a 5k

Do 10 pull ups

Deadlift twice my bodyweight
