Bart_be
I've been overweight almost all my life.I was just wondering, if I metabolise all my fat in my body by caloric deficit, am I actually metabolising 40 year old fat? Or does it get reused and replenished? forestgrump
I would assume reused and replenished, given that most cells turn over every few years. I'm not sure if it's a first in/first out system but it seems logical to assume that. Bodies don't really stagnate like that, you know?
